Ordering Online with us is safe and secure

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We use trusted partners like Sage Pay and PayPal to ensure complete security. Card are processed securely on there sites. You never enter any credit card details on our site. Both SagePay and PayPal have the highest levels of security, which is why we pass the payment processing over to them.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce with us. If you wish however, you may also send us a a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order slightly as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form with a checque for the relevant sum to the address at the bottom of the page.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them. Upon us receiving the goods in resellable condition we will give a full refund minus original delivery costs. Alternativly we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Info

Delivery is free on all Mainland UK (excluding Highlands) orders over £75.

Orders are shipped on Mon / Tues / Wed / Fri by either DPD, or Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. If ordering from mainland UK (Excluding Highlands), the maximum you will be charged for delivery is £6.50 including VAT for even the heaviest parcel.

Deliveries under 1kg will be charged at just £3

All our parcels are sent out in recycled or reused packaging when available to minimise waste. Even our loose fill packaging is biodegradable. simply run them under a tap and they will disintegrate!

Shopping from outside the UK? Our shopping cart will quote you a delivery cost when you enter your address details at checkout. You will be quoted a shipping cost before you have to confirm payment.

When you have finished shopping and go to checkout your postal charge will be calculated depending on the item's weight and where you are based. If you have a discount code enter it here.

Delivery Schedule

Provided product is in stock (most items online are in stock at all times), orders will normally be dispatched within 3 business days of receipt (often much sooner) on Mon / Tues / Wed / Fri. Although if it's urgent please call us first  and we'll try and push it through for you.

Upon placing your order delivery will be between 1-3 working days for UK depending on your postal selection. Orders to the EU are usually around 1 week from dispatch here. However depending on which county you live it can take longer, up to 4 weeks sometimes, but this is rare. Scottish highlands and off UK mainland may take longerthan standard UK shipping.
For heavy orders (over 20kg) outside of the UK please email us and we can get you a competitive quote.

Back Orders

All of our products are normally available from stock. However, if any item on your order is out of stock, we will email / call you to let you know. You will then have the choice of cancelling that item, changing for an alternative or back ordering it. We will always contact you by email before back ordering product.

Special Orders

What is shown on our site is a small selection of what we can get as sushi specilaists. If you have a special request, no mater how niche, please send us a message through contact us, skype button or call us on our main telephone number at the top left of the page. We will do our best to get what you need at a competitive price.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
