Kikkoman Organic Teriyaki Sauce is ideal for basting and glazing, and adding a delicious sweet and savoury flavour to yakisoba stir-fries, roasts, yakitori barbecues, grills and marinades.

Yakitori Chicken Skewers

  • Mix the chicken and teriyaki sauce in ceramic bowl then leave to marinade for 15 minutes with a lid on the bowl.
  • Soak some bamboo skewers an the tread on the chicken, then shitake mushroom, ten chunk of spring onion until skewer is full.
  • Cook on a BBQ or griddle pan until golden brown
  • If there is any teriyaki sauce left in the bowl fry it up on a wok as an extra teriyaki dipping sauce.
