Yakitori Chicken Skewers
Mix the chicken and teriyaki sauce in ceramic bowl then leave to marinade for 15 minutes with a lid on the bowl. Soak some bamboo skewers an the tread on the chicken, then shitake mushroom, ten chunk of spring onion until skewer is full. Cook on a BBQ or griddle pan until golden brown If there is any teriyaki sauce left in the bowl fry it up on a wok as an extra teriyaki dipping sauce.

Marinade 500g chicken breasts or 500g salmon steaks in 7 tbsp (about 100ml) of Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade for 2 hours then cook as usual.
