Kimchi can also be spelt gimchi, kimchee, or kim chee. It is a traditional Korean pickled dish, made of vegetables with varied seasonings.
This is the Japanese take on Kimchi pronounced \Kimuchi\" in Japan. Kimchi can contain many different kinds of vegetables. This Shinshin Kimchi contains, among other things:
- Daikon Radish (mooli)
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Chili
