So I use this stuff. It makes enough for 2 good size maki rolls and I've only ever had one problem with it, and that was because I forgot to open the corner.
Pro-tip: Its easier to clean your saucepan / rice cooker than a microwave. So dont forget the corner. Seriously.
Wait, buy 3 and save money? Sold!
