A handy screw top bottle of sweet cooking mirin. This 250ml bottle of Mitsukan/Mitzkan honteri mirin is ideal to go with salads, yakitori, teriyaki, and as part of sushi seasoning.
Food Fact: Mirin is used to add a bright touch to grilled (broiled) fish or to erase the fishy smell. A small amount is often used instead of sugar and soy sauce. It should not be used in excess however, as its flavour is quite strong.
