Miso Soup Recipe
To make white miso soup, simply use a small amount of Miko Brand Dashi miso paste, add a pinch of dashi powder
- Water
- Soybean
- Rice
- Salt
- Bonito extract
- Kelp extract
- Monosodium glutamate
- Alcohol to preserve freshness
- Riboflavin
To make "Tofu and wakame" miso soup (4 servings)
- Mix 4 cups boiling water and 4 tablespoons dashi miso in a small pot and stir gently
- Once miso has dissolved put diced tofu and wakame (seaweed) in mixture and enjoy.
