In Otafuku yakisoba sauce salt content has been cut by 15% allowing large amounts to be used without making the yakisoba too salty.

Yaki soba
Fry the following vegetables in 1 Tbsp of sesame oil:
50g Sliced Pork (1.76 oz)
75g Bean Sprouts (2.66 oz)
1/2 Cabbage Leaf (40g/1.41 oz)
1/2 Naganegi - Long Green Onion (Tokyo Negi)
15g Carrot (0.529 oz)
1 Garlic Clove
Add one packet of fresh ramen/soba noodles and fry for a further minute.
Add Otafuku yakisoba sauce to taste and serve.
