Hey! You! Yeah, you!

I'm not the best sushi maker in the world, and I often screw it up.
But when my girlfriend/wife (delete as appropriate) tries to make sushi with this thing, it works perfectly for her!

I presume my problem is my fat hands, and my impatience. Oh, and I always forget to cover it in clingfilm first so I don't have to wash it.

If you're competent, or a beginner when it comes to making sushi, this should work perfectly (unless you are me in a parallel universe, in which case, how are you reading this?).
It has a flat side which everyone who makes sushi knows is the side to use. (Most of the cheap ones found in supermarkets have rounded edges on both sides. these suck, and are stupid.) (Posted on 14/10/2011)
