Quick shortcut to make lots of rolls Review by Ian Simpson

I bought this roller as we were doing sushi for a new year's eve party and wanted to make lots but leave plenty of time for the party! It worked really well and was much quicker than using a bamboo roller (although i am very much an amateur!). It took a few goes to judge the right amount of rice and filling to use, but once i got that its very quick and simple. Surprisingly it does work just as the video shows, and is that quick!

My only negative (and the reason i didn't give 5 stars) was it felt a bit of a cheat/shortcut, and when making sushi for a couple of people would probably go back to a bamboo roller. But if your short on time or are making lots for a party then this is a great addition to the kitchen. (Posted on 08/01/2012)
