I'll be honest, Yutaka rice is the only rice I have tried to make Sushi with. And the reason its the only brand I have tried is because I've never felt the need to look for another.
This rice does exactly what it says on the box. It's rice, and its for sushi.

Ive never had a problem with the taste and texture.
