After attending a sushi class I searched around for some tools to get started. When I stumbled across this it seem like great value and it is. I've got all I need all I've had to buy is some salmon and an some veg. I can make sushi whenever I like now and most of the things in the kit I can use again and again. (Posted on 03/10/2011)

This was the best introduction to sushi I could possibly have had! The book is great. It even goes into how to fillet various kinds of fish (with my sexy sushi knife!). The rice cooker makes making perfect rice a doddle too. Thanks guys. Chuffed! (Posted on 03/10/2011)
