Nori means seaweed and tama is short for tamago, which means egg.

Sprinkle on nigiri to create a tasty sushi snack. All our furikake's make sushi tasty and cheap without the need to buy fresh ingredients. The best before date is December 2012 so plenty of time to use the 60g pot.
