Mori-nu tofu is a traditional food in Asia kitchen. It is made from non-GM soyabeans, contains %0 cholesterol and lactose free. Great in salads and great as an integral part to miso soup. It looks very similar to cream cheese but is firmer. You can deep fry it or just eat it as it comes with soy sauce.

Tofu Fettuccini Alfredo

To serve 4:







    • 2 cups cooked fettuccini


    • 12 oz. soft tofu, drained


    • 3 garlic cloves, minced


    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


    • 1/4 cup grated romano cheese


    • 1 tablespoon olive oil


    • 1 tablespoon onion powder


    • salt and pepper to taste







1. Cook the pasta according to instructions.

2. While the pasta boils, place the drained tofu, garlic, cheeses, olive oil, and onion powder into blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour soy mixture into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

4. Toss drained pasta with alfredo sauce.
