California Rolls
A classic western sushi roll made with Seafood sticks, Avocado, cucumber, golden caviar (tobiko) an seseme seeds. This sushi roll is rolled inside out and seved with wasabi and soy sauce.

Chopsticks
Also known as Hashi in Japanese are sometimes hard to use if your used to a knife and fork. Chopsticks are a vital part of eating sushi. Learning to use chopsticks is well worth the effort and will gain you some respect at any sushi bar.

These are very rarely made from crab. More often you will find they are called seafood sticks or Krab They are often found in California Rolls. They are made from various white fish that are pureed, seasoned and cooked into sticks. Also called kanikama, Kani-kamaboko or Surimi.)
