We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order slightly as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address at the bottom of the page.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them. Upon us receiving the goods in resellable condition we will give a full refund minus original delivery costs. Alternativly we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Delivery Information
UK orders are shipped by either Parcel Force recorded delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels depending on the size of the order.
WE DO NOT MAKE ANY PROFIT ON POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES

we pack the item at no extra cost to you than the standard royal mail / parcel force charges. If ordering from the UK, the maximum you will be charged for delivery is £5.99, for even the heaviest parcel, as the rest of the delivery charge will be paid by us (If you choose parcel force 24hrs it may be slightly higher). All our parcels are sent out in recycled or reused packaging to minimize waste and our loose fill packaging is biodegradable. simply run them under a tap and they will disintegrate!
If you are shopping from outside the UK, simply use our currency converter at the top right of the page. When you have finished shopping and go to checkout your postal charge will be calculated depending on the item's weight and where you are based. If you have a discount code enter it here.
Delivery Schedule
Provided product is in stock (most items online are in stock at all times), orders will normally be dispatched within 3-5 business days of receipt (often much sooner). Then delivery will be between 24-48hrs for UK orders and up to 1 week max for EU orders. Please note that Scottish highlands and off UK mainland may take longer. For heavy orders outside of the EU please email us and we can get you a competitive quote.
Back Orders
All of our products are normally available from stock. However, if any item on your order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know. You will then have the choice of canceling that item, changing for an alternative or back ordering it. We will always contact you by email before back ordering product.

What is shown on our site is a small selection of what we do. If you have a special request please send us a message through contact us or call us on our main telephone number and we will do our best to get what you're after.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
