Organic Sencha green tea from Clearspring has a light, refreshing and slightly bittersweet taste of freshly picked leaves.

It is prepared at Nagata Chaen, Kyoto, Japan from the season's first young, tender leaves, harvested at the peak of their flavour in late spring. The leaves are steamed, rolled and cooled, using the special Japanese sencha process, and then immediately packed to seal in their fresh taste and aroma.
