Teriyaki Sauce from Yutaka is ideal for marinating meat fish and veg before grilling. Teriyaki Sauce is also ideal for adding a sweet and savoury flavour to yakisoba style stir frys.

Yutaka Teriyaki sauce is perfect for making yakitori skewers taste beautifully authentic.

Yakitori Beef Skewers

Mix the beef and Yutaka Teriyaki sauce in ceramic bowl then leave to marinade for at least 15 minutes with a lid on the bowl.

Soak some bamboo skewers an the tread on the chicken, then shitake mushroom, ten chunk of spring onion until skewer is full.

Cook on a BBQ or griddle pan until golden brown

If there is any teriyaki sauce left in the bowl fry it up on a wok as an extra teriyaki dipping sauce.
