Yutaka Somen Noodles (250g) - special offer!
Yutaka Somen noodles are made from very fine wheat flour, somen noodles are often served cold in summer in Japan for there refreshing taste.
How to cook somen noodles
- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil (water 1 litre for 100g of noodles)
- When boiling add noodles slowly
- Boil for a further 2 minutes
- Drain and wash the noodles in cold water
- Dip in somen sauce or soy if desired
