I was gifted this kit from my missus. When it arrived I was excited but didn't think I'd be able to do it and that this big hamper of sushi making stuff would be mostly wasted.Rating
Well let me tell you it's a doddle. Especially after a quick flick through the book it came with. The nigiri mould is a great trick so if you're feeling lazy you can do away with sushi rolling and just make instant nigiri sushi.
