No need to add anything but this great sushi seasoning to your sushi rice. Simply add Mitsukan sushi seasoning Japanese vinegar to warm (not hot) freshly cooked sushi rice to make the perfect sushi rice for nigiri sushi or maki rolls.
Instructions on how to make sushi rice are on the bottle
- High fructose glucose syrup
- Vinegar
- Water
- Salt
- Rice
- Sugar
- Flavour enhancers: E621, E627, E631
To make sushi rice, use 5 tbsp of Sushi Seasoning for 2 cups of uncooked rice (4 cups cooked rice).
Mix well while it is hot.
Mizkan Sushi seasoning is also good as an oil free salad dressing by sprinkling on fresh salad.
Also good for making soy sauce sesame dressing:
- 4 tbsp of Sushi Seasoning
- 4 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
