Tempura batter mix recipe
Simply mix a 2 cups of Hime tempura flour in a bowl with 1 and a half cups of ice cold water, mix quickly only until large lumps of the tempura flour mixture disapear.
And that really is it! Your tempura batter mix is ready! just dip in your favourite veg such as carrot, red or green peppers, sweet potato, aubergines, mushrooms, king prawns onion rings or what ever you like. Fry your coated ingredients in vegetable oil at 350F turning ocasionally until light golden brown.Skim off excess cooked pieces of batter from the oil whilst cooking.
Drain your tempura fried foods on kithen roll before serving.

- - 1 Tbsp of yutaka soy sauce
- - A pinch of S&B Shichimi Togarishi seven spice chilli
