Yutaka soba noodles are simply made from very fine wheat flour noodles, serve cold in summer for that refreshing taste.
How to cook soba noodles
- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil (water 1 litre for 100g of noodles)
- When boiling add noodles slowly
- Boil for a further 3 minutes
- Drain and wash the noodles in cold water
- Dip in soba senka sauce if desired
- Wheat flour
- Buckwheat flour
- Water
- Salt
