Sake Steamed Chicken Breast Tofu Salad (Serves 1)

<Sake steamed Chicken Breast>
- 100g Chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp of cooking Sake
- 1 pinch Sea Salt

- Open the package of tofu and carefully transfer to a clean kitchen paper or cloth. Sprinkle some sea salt over the tofu and wrap it in the cloth for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the chicken
- Put sea salt on the chicken and place the chicken and sake in a plastic container and seal with lid.
- Heat it in a microwave for 2 minutes and let it cool down.
- Season the chicken
- Tear the chicken up using folk or fingers as fine as you can, and add salt, sesame oil and spring onion and combine well.
