Make vegan ramen with our ramen kit!

Let’s make vegan ramen with our ramen kit!  It's one of the hardest things in Japan for vegans to find places to eat! Especially when regarding ramen, it is almost impossible to find the soup that doesn’t use meat to create the broth.

Soy milk miso ramen: 

Ingredients Method

-Noodles 

-sesame oil  

-5cm of kelp 

-1 tbsp of miso 

-2 tsp of soy sauce 

-Touban jang 

Those ☝🏼 items are in the kit

・2 cups of water 

・1 piece of garlic 

・1/4 onion 

・2 Shitake mushrooms 

・Spring onion 

・1 cup of Soy milk 

Toppings (seaweed, bean sprout, bamboo shoot, asparagus, etc)  

1.Heat sesame oil and fry onion, garlic, sesame all together for about 10min. 

2. Pour water, and add kombu (kelp), dried shiitake mushroom, fried onion and garlic and boil together for another 10min. 

3. While you're boiling the soup, you can boil the noodles in the different pot. 

4. Add miso, soy sauce and soy milk and boil. If you like it bit hot, add toucan jang.  

5. Add bit of la-yu. Enjoy.
