How to make Prawn Katsu

Ebi katsu (prawn katsu) is one of the popular menu for hamburger shops in Japan. Be katsu sandwich would be a great lunch to bring to work!  

Prawn Katsu for 4 
  • 200g prawns (You can use frozen prawns) 
  • Flour (use it to cover katsu)
  • Egg
  • 1tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Panko (bread crumble) and some more flour 

Cut 60g of prawns to small pieces. Put the rest of 140g in to food processor. Mix those prawns together with ☆marked ingredients and make some balls with them. Cover those prawn balls with flower, then dip them in the egg, then cover it with panko and fry! 

Recommend Japanese aurora sauce which is a sauce mixed with Japanese mayo and ketchup.
