1180g of Tonkotsu ramen soup concentrate. Makes around 10 litres of authentic ramen soup easily.

The soup base is made from high-quality ingredients, including pork bones, soy sauce, mirin, sake, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings. These ingredients are carefully blended together to create a rich and flavourful broth that is full of umami.

Mix 1 part soup base to around 6-10 parts hot water. This is just a guide however, you can experiment to make the soup stronger or weaker depending on your tastes.

This product should make around 10-20 portions of ramen soup. You can freeze this product and defrost just the right amount each time to make it last longer.
