 Horaiya Moromi Miso with Green Chilli is a Japanese condiment made from fermented soybeans, rice, and green chilli peppers. The miso is produced by Horaiya, a well-known Japanese food manufacturer that specialises in traditional condiments and seasonings.

The miso has a rich and complex flavour that is both savoury and slightly spicy, thanks to the addition of green chilli peppers. The miso's texture is thick and chunky, and it can be used in a wide variety of dishes, including soups, stews, marinades, and sauces!

Moromi miso is made by combining soybeans, rice, and salt and allowing them to ferment naturally over a period of several months. During the fermentation process, beneficial bacteria and enzymes develop, creating a unique and flavourful condiment that is also nutritious.
