Organically Grown, suitable for vegetarians. Yutaka organic miso paste has one a coveted "great cast award". Ideal for soups, marinades or stocks.

How to make tofu miso: serves 2
Ingredients: 1/2 tsp fish or vegetable stock, 440ml boiling water, 2 tps Yutaka organic miso paste, 1 tbsp sliced spring onion, 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed, 1/3 packet of tofu diced.

  1. Add fish or vegetable stock to boiling water in a saucepan and simmer for 1min
  2. Turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients
  3. Stir well until the miso paste is dissolved, then serve.
