How to make tofu miso: serves 2
Ingredients: 1/2 tsp fish or vegetable stock, 440ml boiling water, 2 tps Yutaka organic miso paste, 1 tbsp sliced spring onion, 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed, 1/3 packet of tofu diced.
