This rice is created specifically for Sushi. The strain This artisanally grown Japanese rice is a strain called Emi no kizuna. It is similar to Koshihikari rice but is even more suitable to the best sushi.
This rice has the subtle taste that top sushi chefs in Japan require, that of aged rice. But it is actually fresh!
