The rice bran oil from Sanwa Yushi is a food-grade oil produced from fresh Japanese brown rice bran and germ. As the ingredients are not genetically modified, this product is safe and secure.

As the rice bran oil has a high smoke point and is stable (it can be stably used under an elevated temperature), it is best suited for high temperature cooking in foods such as Tempura and stir-fries. 

Rice bran oil has a mild and neutral flavour, making it versatile for various culinary applications. It has a light and subtle aroma that does not overpower other ingredients, allowing it to complement the flavors of the dishes it is used in - the mild flavour and high smoke point make it suitable for stir-fries, fried rice, tempura, salad dressings, and marinades!

The oil is extracted from the bran and then refined to remove impurities, resulting in a clear and light-colored oil.
