Shokunin Ultimate Japanese Grown Nori, A+ Grade, 8 Sheets

This is the true taste of nori, direct from Japan. This A-grade / Gold-grade nori is perfect for Tamaki sushi/hand rolls or simply eating as-is to enjoy some of the best-tasting nori you will ever try. This is fantastic value, please try it!

Shokunin brand Nori is a nori that is highly regarded for its quality and taste. Their A+ grade nori is made from seaweed that is grown in the clear waters off the coast of Kyushu, Japan, where it is carefully cultivated and harvested by skilled farmers. The nori sheets are then carefully roasted and seasoned to bring out their natural flavour and aroma.

A+ grade nori is considered to be the highest quality nori available and is favoured by sushi chefs and home cooks alike for its rich umami flavour and crisp texture. The sheets are thin and delicate, making them easy to work with when making sushi rolls or other dishes that require nori.

Used by our Michelin-starred customers including Masa.
