Established in 2007, SushiSushi specialise in the wholesale supply of Japanese and Asian Foods to restaurants Nationwide.  We are now one of the leading suppliers in the UK and the only one outside of London, offering us the perfect opportunity to dominate in the North. Position to start immediately.

Job Specification:
• To grow our regular customer base  
• To take new customers through an on boarding process  
• To make sales calls and ensure regular orders from customers  
• To study and understand our products and advise customers  
• To represent the company in resolving any complaints or issues arising  
• To record all activity promptly and concisely  
• To collaborate with colleagues to ensure that the company’s objectives are met  
• To create sales reports to demonstrate performance

Essential Person Specification:

• Proven success in sales and business development  
• Excellent and professional sales manner with a clear voice as many customers are not native English speakers
• Highly literate and numerate, and competent with online CRM systems and modern computing  
• Personable, enthusiastic, positive and pro-active at all times  
• Excellent ability to self manage and have experience of hitting targets  
• Food lover

Preferred Person Specification:
• Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese would be helpful
• Foodservice sales experience
• Full Clean Drivers Licence

• Salary @ £18-22k p.a. depending upon experience / £25-30k realistic OTE (uncapped)
• 5.2 weeks paid holiday per annum including Bank Holidays
