These A5 Joshu Gunma Wagyu fine slices are perfect for the finest Shabu Sahbu, Sukiyaki or Gyudon. Brought straight from Japan, this authentic Japanese wagyu is of the highest A5 quality. The marbling and tenderness of this meat is in a league of its own. The marbled fat in wagyu has a very low melting temperature which slightly melts during cooking. The rest melts in the mouth which makes the meat juicy and tender.
The meat is frozen extremely quickly to avoid crystalisation and to allow beautilly textured wagyu when cooking.
