Amabuki Tete Japanese Botanicals Umeshu 12% 720ml
天吹 テテ ジャパニーズ ボタニカルズ 梅酒12% 720ml
A premium Japanese plum wine produced by Amabuki Shuzo, a sake and plum wine maker located in Saga Prefecture, Japan. This umeshu is unique in that it is infused with a blend of 6 different Japanese botanicals, including yuzu, sansho pepper, shiso, ginger, green tea, and myoga.
The umeshu is made by soaking whole ume plums in alcohol along with the botanicals and allowing the mixture to mature for several months. This process results in a complex and aromatic flavour that combines the sweetness of the plums with the refreshing and herbal notes of the botanicals.
Amabuki Tete Japanese Botanicals Umeshu has an alcohol content of 12% and is best served chilled or on the rocks. It can also be mixed with soda water or used as a base for cocktails.
Amabuki Shuzo is known for its use of unique and unconventional ingredients in its plum wines and sake, and this umeshu is no exception. The blend of Japanese botanicals adds a distinctive twist to this classic Japanese drink, making it a great option for those looking for something new and exciting.
