Nabe or Nabemomo (Nabe = pot, momo = object) is a Japanese hotpot. Meat and a variety of vegetables are cooked in a hot soup. Once cooked, these pots are then placed in the middle of the table where people spoon out their own portions into smaller bowls. Ideal for a restaurant or even at home!
