Our favourite furikake. With the true taste of Japan through excellent quality bonito flakes and seasoned nori, this furikake is used to top dishes in UK Michelin Starred restaurants. Featuring many premium ingredients including shiitake mushrooms and even matcha green tea!

Katsuobushi and nori furikake is made with dried and smoked bonito flakes (katsuobushi) and dried seaweed (nori), along with other seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar, salt, and MSG. This furikake is commonly used in Japanese cuisine to add flavour to rice dishes. The bonito flakes provide a savoury and slightly smoky flavour, while the nori adds a subtle umami taste. The seasoning is also rich in minerals and vitamins, making it a nutritious addition to meals. Furikake can also be used to flavour other dishes, such as salads, noodles, and soups!
