Quality Honteri Mirin (mirin-like-seasoning) also known as Shinmiriyo. 0.9% Alcohol. Much better than regular honteri mirin and still good value. Made by Hindoe also known as King brewing Co., Ltd. from Hyogo prefecture, Honshu, Japan.

This is much better quality than the Mizkan honteri mirin (which is made in the UK).
