Lee Kum Kee vegetarian stir-fry sauce contains unique shiitake mushroom umami flavours. It is excellent for stir-frying, enriching any vegetarian dishes. It also works great as a dip. Simply stir-fry 450g (1lb) of vegetables with 4 to 5 tablespoons of sauce.
