Mi Sansho is sancho peppercorn seeds marinated in rice vinegar. Sansho pepper is the flowering bud a useful and deciduous tree that belongs to the tangerine family and grows wild in Japan . Almost every part of this aromatic and versatile bushy plant is edible. Many foods can benefit from the peppers powerful, clean flavour. Very similar to Szechuan pepper.
