Momoya Fujukinzuke Pickled Mixed Vegetables 145g
Carefully selected vegetables (radish, eggplant, cucumber, sesame bean, lotus root, shiso, ginger) have been aged at a low temperature for more than 1 month. Pickled with honey and apple cider vinegar, it gave a mellow sweetness and a deep vegetable taste, moderate chewiness. Manufacturers are producing red brilliant Fukushima using synthetic coloring, but Momoya has finished natural color using natural pigment. It can be used for curry and rice, as well as for fried rice with fried rice or yakisoba.
