Morimi miso, also called known as Hishio miso, is a condiment made from miso that is usually served with vegetables such as raw baby cucumber. It is also used to top simple rice dishes. Moromi miso is made from salt, barley, soybean, and millet syrup. It has a mellow and sweet taste. This miso has a rather chunky texture.
