Washoku zanmai is a renown white soy sauce which is primarily used in Washoku (Japanese cuisine). To make your own mixed rice (Takikomi-gohan), just add 3 tbsp to 360g rice. Goes great with yakiniku, oyakodon, katsudon and teriyaki, the possibilities are endless!
