Sakai Takayuki TUS Petty Knife 150mm
堺孝行 TUSペティーナイフ 150mm

The Sakai Takayuki TUS Petty Knife 150mm is a high-quality Japanese kitchen knife made by skilled artisans in the Sakai region of Japan. The knife is part of the TUS series, which is known for its excellent sharpness and durability.

The blade of the petty knife is made from VG10 steel, a high-quality stainless steel that is known for its ability to hold a sharp edge and resist rust and corrosion. The blade is hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 60-61, making it very durable and long-lasting.

The handle of the knife is made from black pakkawood, a durable and water-resistant material made from layers of wood impregnated with resin. It is also ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip and a secure hold, even when the knife is wet or greasy.

A versatile kitchen tool that is ideal for peeling, trimming, and slicing small fruits and vegetables, as well as for intricate tasks such as deveining shrimp or filleting small fish. Its compact size and sharp blade make it a must-have tool for any home cook or professional chef!
