Information

Shokunin Japanese Grown Nori (50 Sheets) A Grade 125g
Japanese grown premium roasted nori seaweed. Quintessentially Japanese, fantastic quality at a fraction of the price you'd expect for Japanese domestic nori.

A grade nori refers to the highest quality of nori sheets available.

A grade nori is typically made from seaweed that is grown in clear, unpolluted waters and is carefully harvested and processed to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. The sheets are thin and delicate, with a deep green colour and a rich umami flavour that is characteristic of high-quality nori.

A grade nori is favoured by sushi chefs and home cooks alike for its excellent flavour and texture, which makes it ideal for use in a variety of Japanese dishes. The sheets are easy to work with and can be used to wrap sushi rolls or as a garnish for soups, salads, and other dishes.

Please note: As this product is imported from Japan, the best before date may be printed in the Japanese date format YY/MM/DD. If you are unsure, please contact us.
