Information

Yawataya Isogoro Garam Masala Shichimi 12g
八幡屋磯五郎ガラムマサラ七味唐辛子12G

Yawataya Isogoro Garam Masala Shichimi is a unique spice blend that combines two different flavour profiles: garam masala and shichimi togarashi. Garam masala is a traditional Indian spice blend that typically includes cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, and coriander, while shichimi togarashi is a Japanese spice blend that includes chilli pepper, sesame seeds, and other spices. Yawataya Isogoro has created a new product that combines the warm, sweet flavours of garam masala with the spicy heat of shichimi togarashi.

This spice blend can be used to add flavour to a variety of dishes, from traditional Indian curries and stews to Japanese noodle dishes and grilled meats. It can be used as a rub for meats, sprinkled on top of roasted vegetables, or added to soups and sauces for extra depth of flavour.
