Bao buns are becoming ever popular and now we are offering a smaller retail pack. This pack will easily fit into a smaller freezer.
Microwave: From frozen spray a mist of water on 2 - 3 buns and cover with a lid or clingfilm and cook on medium for 30 - 50 seconds until the buns are soft.
Steam: From frozen steam in a steamer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Tip: if you do not have a steamer, use a deep pan with a lid. Fill with water about half way and set to boil. Place the baos onto a large sheet of tinfoil and roll up the edges. Place the tinfoil with the buns into the pan making sure no water leaks onto the buns. Put the lid on and lower the heat to medium and steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
Add charshu pork, ham, salad etc.
