Dashi & Stock

Dashi & Stock

In Japanese, " dashi " literally means " stock ", and is a fundamental ingredient in Japanese cooking. Many things can be used to create a dashi base, but the most common and popular are bonito dashi (stock made from bonito flakes or bonito powder) and konbu dashi (stock made from konbu seaweed).

We also sell Tsuyu soup base and are adding more dashi products all the time.
