- Glucose
- Flavour enhancer (E621, E631. E627)
- Salt
- Dried bonito powder
- Bonito extract
- Yeast extract
Easy Miso Soup:
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dashi stock
- 1/2 cup miso paste
1. Pour water in a pot and bring to boil. Add the dashi and dissolve.
2. Put the miso paste into a bowl and add about 1/2 cup of the dashi broth whisking into a smooth paste.
3. Turn off the heat and add the miso paste to the pot. Stir well.
