Organic Sushi Rice from Clearspring is ideal for creating delicious, perfectly cooked sushi rice that can be used in Japans most celebrated dish, sushi.

This short grain sushi rice is of the Selenio variety. It has characteristics very similar to the Japonica rice that is used to make sushi in Japan. Organically grown by Clearspring's producer, Oryza, in the Piemonte region in northwest Italy, an area where mush risotto rice is grown.

Once ripened, the rice is then polished to perfection by Riseria Giuseppe Martinotti, a rice miller located in the town of Trino.
