Togarashi is a blended chilli seasoning, usually combining chilli flake with citrus peel, sesame and seaweed, commonly sprinkled over noodles, grilled dishes and soups for a warming finishing touch. Furikake is a dry seasoning blend, typically built around seaweed, sesame and dried fish flakes, made to sprinkle directly over cooked rice. Together with our other seasonings, this collection covers the small finishing touches that carry a lot of the flavour in everyday Japanese cooking. Selected throughout for authenticity and quality.
